Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Facade Technician to join our team in Dickirch. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining building facades. Responsibilities:
- Install new facades on buildings according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair damaged or deteriorating facades using appropriate materials and techniques
- Perform routine maintenance on existing facades to ensure structural integrity and safety
- Inspect buildings for any issues or potential problems with the facade
- Communicate with clients and project managers to provide updates on progress and address any concerns
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working at heights

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in construction, specifically with facades, is preferred but not required
- Ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working on intricate projects
- Team player with strong communication skills

Salary: $1400 per month

Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals or currently residing in India. This position requires English proficiency as it involves working on projects with international clients. Accommodation will not be provided.
