Facade Technician
Location: Dickirch, Luxembourg


We are a leading construction company seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Dickirch. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing building facades to ensure they are aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound. This is a contract position with potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and install building facade materials according to blueprints and specifications
- Repair damaged facades by replacing or repairing sections of the facade as needed
- Apply weatherproofing materials to facades to protect against water damage
- Install insulation materials in facades to improve energy efficiency
- Use hand and power tools to complete facade installations and repairs
- Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines while working on construction sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or repair required
- Knowledge of various facade materials such as glass, metal, stone, and wood
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physically fit and able to work at heights using scaffolding or other equipment as needed
- Fluent in English (French or German language skills are a plus)
- Valid driver's license preferred

Salary:
This is a contract position paying $1500 per month. Salary may be negotiable based on experience.
