Excavator Operator

The Excavator Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of excavation equipment, including but not limited to excavators, bulldozers, and loaders. They will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on the equipment as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating heavy machinery and a strong understanding of safety protocols. This position is based in Chelyabinsk and is open to Malayalees with strong English skills. Accommodation will not be provided, but visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate excavation equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Conduct pre-operation checks on all machinery before starting work
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating heavy machinery
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Complete any required paperwork or documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery, preferably excavators
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy machinery operation
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency is a plus)
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia (visa sponsorship available)
