Machine Learning Engineer
We are hiring a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms for our company's products. Your work will help us improve and optimize our products and services to better serve our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Collect and preprocess data from various sources for training models
- Train, test, and validate machine learning models using appropriate tools and techniques
- Implement machine learning models into production systems
- Monitor model performance and make necessary improvements or adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science roles
- Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R or Java for building machine learning models
- Familiarity with ML libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch
- Experience with data manipulation tools (SQL) and big data processing platforms (Hadoop)
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is a plus
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex problems
