We are seeking experienced and skilled Masons to join our team in Akron. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, stone, concrete blocks, or other similar materials. Your role will involve reading blueprints and specifications to determine the type and quantity of materials needed, preparing surfaces for construction, and using various tools such as trowels and levels to lay bricks or stones in a specific pattern.

Key Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required

- Salary: $1100 per month

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Prepare surfaces for construction by cleaning and leveling them
- Lay bricks or stones in a specified pattern using mortar or other adhesives
- Cut or trim bricks/stones to fit around windows, doors, corners, etc.
- Use various hand tools such as trowels, hammers, levels, etc.
- Repair or replace damaged bricks/stones as needed
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mason or similar role
- Knowledge of bricklaying techniques and building codes/regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials/tools
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (English not required)
