A fast-growing company in Al-Khor is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the sales industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1300$, without accommodation but with visa sponsorship. Freshers with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and meetings
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and report on progress towards goals

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the sales industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
