Insurance Adjuster

As an Insurance Adjuster, you will play a crucial role in investigating and evaluating insurance claims for our company's clients. Your main responsibility will be to assess the validity and extent of a claim, determine the coverage provided by the insurance policy, and negotiate settlements with claimants. You will work closely with other professionals such as lawyers, witnesses, and medical professionals to gather all necessary information and evidence to make informed decisions.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as strong analytical abilities. You should also have a thorough understanding of insurance policies and regulations, as well as experience in handling complex claims. A degree in law or a related field is preferred but not required.

This position is open to individuals of all nationalities who are fluent in English. However, preference will be given to Indian candidates who are familiar with the Indian insurance market. This is a contract job based in Osijek, Croatia.

Salary for this position starts at $900 per month but may vary depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.
