Insurance Adjuster


As an Insurance Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims and determining the extent of coverage provided by insurance policies. You will work closely with policyholders, witnesses, and other involved parties to gather information and evidence related to the claim. Your main goal will be to accurately assess the damages or losses incurred and determine the appropriate compensation for the policyholder.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations of insurance claims
- Gather and review relevant documents and evidence
- Interview witnesses, policyholders, and other involved parties
- Analyze information to determine coverage under insurance policies
- Collaborate with legal counsel when necessary
- Prepare detailed reports documenting findings and recommendations
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders or their representatives
- Monitor claim progress and provide updates to all parties involved
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as an adjuster or investigator preferred
- Knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and regulations
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Attention to detail
- Comfortable working with individuals from diverse backgrounds

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Osijek, Croatia (Nepali nationality preferred)
