Technical Support Specialist (Washington, USA)

We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and guidance to our clients and resolve any issues they may encounter with their computer systems or software. This job is open to individuals of all nationalities, but proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person to clients experiencing issues with their computer systems or software
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems for clients
- Install and configure new hardware and software for clients
- Educate clients on how to effectively use their computer systems and software
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians or IT professionals as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions provided

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in technical support or IT helpdesk role preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues remotely or in-person
- Customer service-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for candidates who are relocating for this position.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

This position does not require prior experience and is open to candidates without experience. However, basic knowledge of computer systems and software is preferred.
