IT Support Specialist

As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients and employees. Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical issues reported by clients and employees
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Provide training and support to users on new technologies
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient operations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented mindset

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
