The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers for various computer systems, software, and hardware. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote assistance
- Identify and resolve hardware or software problems
- Install and configure new computer systems, software, and peripherals

- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department for further resolution
- Perform regular maintenance tasks on computer systems, such as updates and backups
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the company database

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical terms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in IT is a plus

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position with a monthly salary of $1200. The Technical Support Specialist will work remotely from their own location without accommodation provided by the company. The working hours may vary depending on customer needs but will generally fall within standard business hours.
