We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron, Ohio. As a key member of our architecture firm, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for commercial projects
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all building designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed according to the plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address any issues or challenges, and provide guidance as needed
- Review proposals from contractors and make recommendations for selection based on expertise, cost, and timeline considerations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong proficiency in CAD software programs such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1300$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Akron, Ohio. However, we are open to considering candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate.
