We are hiring a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their commercial building needs and budget
- Create detailed drawings and plans for commercial buildings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the structural integrity of the building
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that the design is being followed accurately
- Make adjustments to plans as needed based on client feedback or unforeseen challenges during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to commercial building design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledgeable about building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations related to commercial buildings
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
