Job Title: Machine Operator - Balzers


As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines in our production facility located in Balzers. Your main goal will be to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the machines to meet production targets and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Operate machines to produce high-quality products
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct regular maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation
- Follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies at all times
- Keep track of production data and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors
- Train new employees on machine operation procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of different types of machines and their functions
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Basic math skills for measurement and calculations
- Good physical stamina for standing, lifting, and bending for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends if required
