Part-Time Senior Architect

We are in need of a skilled Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Gujrat, India. As a part-time Senior Architect, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various projects. Your main duties will include preparing drawings and plans, conducting site visits, and collaborating with clients and other team members to ensure project success.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed designs, plans, and drawings for various architectural projects
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions
- Work closely with other team members including engineers, construction workers, and contractors
- Stay up-to-date with current industry trends and innovations

Compensation:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided for the successful candidate.
