Senior Architect


We are hiring a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Gujrat. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, planning, and construction of various projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods. Additionally, the Senior Architect should have excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect
- Strong knowledge of architectural design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives
- Develop detailed architectural plans using computer software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Review contractor bids and negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
- Lead a team of architects, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
