Restaurant Manager



We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Gujrat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, strong leadership skills, and experience in managing a team.

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the restaurant by maintaining high quality standards, providing excellent customer service, and maximizing profits. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Hiring, training, and supervising staff members
- Creating and maintaining schedules for employees
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Monitoring food and beverage costs to ensure profitability
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Developing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Collaborating with chefs to create new menu items or specials
- Conducting performance evaluations for employees

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Previous experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry is preferred. A degree or certification in hospitality management or a related field is also desirable.

As this is a fast-paced environment, candidates must be able to work well under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary. Additionally, the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle unexpected situations with ease is crucial.

The salary for this position is 1400$ per month. Preference will be given to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship or have their own visa.
