Head Baker

We are in need of an experienced Head Baker to join our team at our busy bakery in Gujrat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bakery, including production, quality control, inventory management, and staff training. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a head baker and be able to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month and accommodation provided. A biometric passport is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the bakery's production including baking, decorating, packaging, and inventory management.
- Ensure high-quality products are consistently produced.
- Train and manage staff on proper baking techniques and safety procedures.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a head baker or similar role.
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and recipes.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Biometric passport is required.
