Formworker

As a Formworker in Faisalabad, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling various types of formwork for concrete structures. This includes reading and interpreting blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and placing and securing formwork in position. You will also be required to pour, spread, and level concrete using various hand tools.

To excel in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience as a Formworker and be knowledgeable about different types of formwork systems. You should also have strong mathematical skills and be able to accurately measure and cut materials according to specifications. The ability to work well in a team is crucial as you will often collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects.

This position does not include accommodation, but we do offer free visa sponsorship and airfare for international candidates. The working hours are typically 40 hours per week with the potential for overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Read and interpret blueprints to determine layout requirements
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Assemble different types of formwork systems
- Place and secure formwork in position using appropriate tools
- Pour, spread, and level concrete using hand tools
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Collaborate with other construction workers to complete projects on time

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formworker
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to read blueprints accurately
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, etc.
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary
