We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Karachi. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed successfully and within budget.

Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various projects including residential, commercial, and institutional buildings
- Develop concept designs that meet the client's requirements while adhering to budget constraints
- Prepare detailed technical drawings using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is proceeding according to plans
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ for this part-time position.

Location:
The job is located in Karachi without accommodation provided. However, we do offer free visa sponsorship and ticket for qualified candidates.
