Part-Time Land Surveyor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced part-time Land Surveyor to join our team in Karachi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and producing accurate measurements of land and buildings. This is a part-time role with a salary of 1500$ per month, and accommodation is provided. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain experience in the field of land surveying. The ideal candidate should have experience in using surveying equipment, be detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries and topographical features
- Use surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels to record precise measurements
- Prepare reports, maps, and drawings based on survey data
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate results are obtained
- Ensure all work is completed within established timelines and budgets

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Proficient in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills for effectively communicating with clients and team members

Education:
A degree or diploma in Land Surveying or related field is preferred. However, candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.

Work Schedule:
This is a part-time role requiring approximately 20 hours per week. The specific working hours can be discussed during the interview process.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
