Land Surveyor

We are currently hiring a proficient Land Surveyor to join our team in Karachi. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing detailed plans and reports for construction projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month, with the added benefit of a free visa and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important features.
- Use surveying equipment such as GPS systems, total stations, and levels to collect accurate data.
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey data is incorporated into project plans.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with survey specifications.
- Utilize computer software to analyze survey data and create digital maps.
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Land Surveyor.
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and computer software for data analysis.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred:
- Professional certification as a Land Surveyor (PLS).
- Knowledge of local surveying regulations and laws in Karachi.
