Seasonal Concierge in Karachi, Pakistan

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concierge to join our team for the upcoming holiday season in Karachi. As a Seasonal Concierge, you will assist guests with their needs and provide exceptional customer service. This is an ideal position for freshers who are looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests as they arrive and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest requests in a timely and professional manner
- Arrange transportation and make reservations for guests
- Keep the lobby area clean and tidy
- Monitor guest feedback and address any concerns promptly
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
