Junior Industrial Architect



We are in search of a Junior Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Lahore. As a Junior Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting our senior architects in designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial architecture principles, as well as excellent drafting and design skills. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for industrial buildings and structures
- Assist in creating detailed drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and construction documents
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess existing conditions
- Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Use computer software programs to create 3D models and visual representations of designs
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Participate in meetings and presentations to present design concepts and updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in industrial architecture or a similar field (internship experience will be considered)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software programs
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing previous design work is preferred

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at 1500 USD per month based on qualifications and experience.
