Handyman for Residential Properties in Lahore, Pakistan


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our residential properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month and accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on residential properties
- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Replace light fixtures, doorknobs, and other fixtures as needed
- Perform painting and touch-up work
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas such as hallways, staircases, and lobbies
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a handyman or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Basic carpentry skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in residential properties or apartment buildings
- Knowledge of safety procedures when working with tools and equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively with tenants, colleagues, and contractors
