Facade Technician

A facade technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of building facades. This role requires physical labor and technical skills to safely and efficiently work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install new building facades according to blueprints and specifications
- Conduct regular inspections of existing facades for signs of damage or wear
- Repair any damages or defects found during inspections
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure the integrity and safety of the facade
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as architects and engineers, to ensure proper installation and functionality of the facade
- Operate machinery and power tools safely and effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience working with facades, preferably in a construction or maintenance setting
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong technical skills in reading blueprints, using power tools, and operating machinery
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid visa to work in Khanpur (preferred)

Salary: $1600 per month for full-time position.

Location: Khanpur (preference for local candidates).
