Online Consultant - Lisbon, Portugal


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Lisbon. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online support and assistance to our clients. This is a remote position, with the option to work from our office in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Understand and address clients' needs and concerns in a timely manner
- Offer product recommendations and solutions to clients' inquiries
- Process orders and assist with any order-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of online communication tools
- Must be eligible to work in Portugal with a valid visa and ticket
