Entry-level Moderator - Lisbon, Portugal



We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-level Moderator to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring online forums, social media platforms, and other online communities to ensure that all user-generated content adheres to our company's guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review user-generated content on various online platforms
- Enforce community guidelines and policies by taking appropriate action on any violations
- Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the moderation team to continuously improve processes and procedures
- Identify trends and patterns in user behavior and report any issues or concerns to management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online moderation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with various social media platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with online moderation is a plus

Salary: 1800$ per month
