Online Biometric Passport Consultant
Location: Funchal, Portugal (remote work possible)
Salary: $1000 per month


We are a global online consulting firm specializing in passport and visa services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Biometric Passport Consultant to join our team in Funchal, Portugal. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely if preferred.

As an Online Biometric Passport Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with the application process for biometric passports. This includes providing guidance on required documents, scheduling appointments at biometric centers, and ensuring all necessary information is accurately submitted.

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You should also have experience with biometric passports and be familiar with the application process. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with the application process for biometric passports.
- Review client documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule appointments at biometric centers.
- Provide guidance on any necessary additional documents or information.
- Communicate effectively with clients via email or phone.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and applications.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a consultant or customer service representative.
- Familiarity with biometric passport application process.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Attention to detail and ability to review documents for accuracy.
- Proficient in using computers and online tools.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
