Part-Time Equipment Operator


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Part-Time Equipment Operator to join our team in Funchal. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment used for various construction and landscaping projects. This is a part-time position, with the possibility of working additional hours based on project needs.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and loaders
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Communicate with team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines
- Report any issues or malfunctions with equipment to management
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Prior experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required
- Ability to work part-time hours with potential for additional hours as needed
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Must have own accommodation in Funchal or be willing to relocate if hired
