As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. This includes creating detailed plans, coordinating with contractors and engineers, and ensuring that projects meet safety and building code requirements. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and budget constraints, as well as staying up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques. You will also be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture, excellent design skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders. Experience in commercial architecture is preferred, but we are also open to candidates with a strong background in residential architecture looking to transition into commercial work. This is a full-time position in Funchal with a salary of 1300$ per month. We offer accommodation options for our employees and can provide assistance with obtaining a work visa if needed.
