As a Teamlead in our company's Braga office, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing our team to success. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the team, setting goals and targets, and ensuring that these are met. Your strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities will be essential in motivating and guiding your team towards achieving their objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure that daily tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively
- Set clear goals and targets for the team, regularly communicate expectations, and provide guidance on how to achieve these goals
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to help team members improve their skills and reach their full potential
- Identify areas for improvement within the team's processes or procedures and work with relevant stakeholders to implement changes
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication among team members
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, tools, and resources to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles successfully

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven track record of meeting targets and driving results through effective leadership
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities or situations

Preferred:
- Experience working in a similar industry or environment
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and verbal)

Salary: This position offers a competitive salary of $1700 per month.
Location: Our office is located in Braga, Portugal.
