Junior Accountant

We are hiring a Junior Accountant to join our team in Braga, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial data. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 USD per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Previous experience is not required but preferred

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of financial statements
- Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding payment inquiries or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
