Waiter/Waitress - Part Time (Porto, Portugal)


We are hiring a part-time Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Porto, Portugal. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a waiter/waitress and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position with flexible shifts and does not include accommodation. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and make them feel welcome
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guests' needs are met during their dining experience
- Handle any complaints or concerns from customers with professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in high-pressure situations
- Basic knowledge of food and drink menus
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
