We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter to join our dynamic team in the beautiful city of Porto, Portugal. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests while ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist them with menu selection
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure all tables are properly set up and maintained throughout the shift
- Handle any guest inquiries or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Process payments accurately using POS system
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Assist with opening and closing duties such as setting up/cleaning tables, restocking supplies, etc.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Waiter in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
