Responsibilities:
- Conduct online or in-person tutoring sessions for individuals or small groups of students.
- Create customized lesson plans based on students' needs and goals.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to make learning engaging and effective.
- Monitor and track students' progress and provide regular feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement.
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding students' progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with other tutors and teachers to share ideas, resources, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an English tutor or teacher is preferred.
- Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about teaching with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- Patient, adaptable, and able to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
