As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue. You will work closely with the hotel management team to identify target markets, build relationships with potential clients, and negotiate contracts. Your goal will be to maximize sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.

To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in hotel sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue
- Identify target markets and create targeted marketing campaigns
- Build relationships with potential clients through networking events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement or growth
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to create competitive pricing strategies
- Train and motivate the hotel sales team to achieve their targets
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Knowledge of local market trends in Porto
