Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
- Manage and lead a team of IT professionals to ensure the timely delivery of technology solutions.
- Monitor and maintain the company's systems and networks, identifying and addressing any issues or vulnerabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improving our systems.
- Create and manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all technology investments.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems.
- Maintain data backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security systems, databases, cloud computing, and other relevant technologies.
- Proven experience managing a team of IT professionals.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues before they arise.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
