Part-Time Architecture Manager


We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Architecture Manager to join our team in Faro on a part-time basis. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conception to completion. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project plans and designs
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and building codes
- Oversee the production of technical drawings and documents
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Evaluate and select materials and equipment for projects
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in architecture management or similar role preferred but not required for candidates without experience
- Knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team

Salary:
$1100 per month for part-time hours (20 hours per week)
