We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Faro, Portugal. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects. Your main duties will include developing project plans, creating detailed drawings and specifications, and managing project budgets and timelines.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in architecture and design, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should also possess excellent leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team of architects and designers. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines
- Create detailed drawings and specifications
- Oversee the construction process and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Lead a team of architects and designers
- Review work progress on site regularly to identify any potential issues or delays
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is a plus)
