We are in search of an experienced Librarian to join our library in Faro, Portugal. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing and organizing our collection of books, journals, and other materials. Your main duty will be to assist library patrons in finding and accessing the information they need.

To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field. Previous experience working as a librarian is also preferred. A strong understanding of library cataloging systems and computer skills are necessary for this position.

As a Librarian, you will work closely with library staff and other departments to ensure our collection is up-to-date and meets the needs of our patrons. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing programs and events to promote literacy and reading within the community.

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Accommodation is not provided, so candidates should have their own housing in Faro or be willing to relocate.
