Part-Time Metal Worker in Almada, Portugal


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Metal Worker to join our team on a part-time basis in Almada, Portugal. As a Metal Worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing and maintaining metal structures and equipment. This role requires someone with previous experience in metalworking and a strong understanding of different metal types and their properties.

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate metal structures according to specifications and blueprints
- Repair damaged metal equipment and structures
- Perform routine maintenance on metal equipment
- Weld, cut, bend and shape metal using various tools and techniques
- Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality requirements
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in using various metalworking tools such as welders, grinders, saws, etc.
- Strong knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one
