Junior Developer - Part Time (Svalbard)


We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Developer to join our team in Svalbard. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is looking to gain experience in the field while also being able to balance other commitments.

As a Junior Developer, you will be responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of our company's software applications. This includes writing code, debugging issues, and collaborating with the rest of the development team.

We are specifically looking for someone without experience, as this role is designed for individuals who are just starting their career in development. However, we do require candidates to have a strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++, as well as knowledge of web development tools like HTML and CSS.

This position does not come with accommodation, so we prefer candidates who are already based in Svalbard or have plans to relocate there. Additionally, a biometric passport is required due to the location of our company's headquarters.

As a part-time employee, you will be expected to work 20 hours per week. The schedule can be flexible and adjusted based on your availability and other commitments.

We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position. Along with gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field, you will also have opportunities for growth within our company.
