Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager in our growing firm based in Svalbard, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and implementation of our architectural projects. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who is passionate about creating innovative structures and spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers to develop and execute architectural plans for projects
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initial concept to final construction
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met within budget and timeline
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in architecture
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on their professional growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of $1100 per month. We also provide accommodation for our employees.
