Junior Barista (Contract) in Svalbard


We are in search of a passionate and driven Junior Barista to join our team in Svalbard. As a barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee beverages and providing excellent customer service. This is a contract position with the opportunity for growth and development within our company.

Requirements:
- Must have a biometric passport
- No prior experience required, but must have a willingness to learn and develop skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A love for coffee and the desire to create exceptional drinks

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide outstanding service
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Educate customers about our products and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Assist in restocking inventory and ordering supplies as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month, with potential for increases based on performance.
