We are hiring a Barista to join our team at a busy café in Svalbard. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and tea beverages to our customers. This is a part-time position, perfect for students or individuals looking for a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and handling complaints
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the café at all times
- Operate cash register and process payments accurately
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock when necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to create new drink recipes and improve overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista is not required but preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must have a valid work visa for Svalbard or be willing to obtain one
