Instrument Technician - Part Time
As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used in various industries. This part-time position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of instrumentation. No prior experience is required, but a strong aptitude for technical skills and a willingness to learn is necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on instruments such as gauges, meters, and sensors
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with instruments
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accuracy
- Install new instruments as needed
- Keep detailed records of all work performed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong technical skills and ability to understand complex systems
- Ability to work independently and problem solve
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Location:
This position is located in Svalbard, a unique archipelago known for its beautiful landscapes and polar bears. While this job is open to all nationalities, candidates must be legally authorized to work in Svalbard.
Salary:
The salary for this part-time position is $1000 per month.
