Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing access controls and data encryption
- Collaborate with development teams to design, implement, and maintain new databases or database features
- Create documentation for database procedures and processes
- Stay updated on industry developments and recommend new technologies or processes to improve database performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Knowledge of SQL databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Familiarity with database management tools such as SQL Management Studio or Oracle Enterprise Manager
- Understanding of database security best practices
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
