Senior Construction Manager


We are in need of an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in the US. As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. Your role will involve managing budgets, schedules, resources, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will also collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion
- Create detailed project plans including budgets, schedules, and resources allocation
- Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and other project personnel
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Conduct inspections to ensure work is being done according to specifications
- Approve project invoices and manage budget expenses
- Prepare reports on project performance for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project

Salary: $1100 per month with accommodation provided.
