Job Title: Baker


As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods for our customers. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all products are made to the highest quality standards and meet our customers' expectations. This is a full-time position located in the US with a salary of $1700 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies, ordering more as needed
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes or improve existing ones
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with inquiries about products and taking special orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker is preferred but not required for entry-level positions
- Knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high-quality results
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Preferred Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or certification in Baking/Pastry Arts is a plus
- Experience decorating cakes or pastries is highly desirable
